Pooja’s last assignment was with Korn/Ferry FutureStep and is currently leading pan-India operations for Carpe Diem Resourcing by providing strategy and operational excellence. Alumnus of Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai (Post Graduation in Communications) and Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia (MBA), she is also an avid trekker, voracious reader and a student of Odissi classical Indian dance. Anushree is a Gold Medalist in Masters of Business Administration (Human Resources). She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations. Her prior work experience has been primarily with the manufacturing industry, where she independently handled the PMO function for the leadership of a leading industrial company. She has also been a part of the Corporate Control and Talent Search for their operations across Africa and the Middle East. Currently, Anushree is based in Dubai (UAE) where she is part of the Industrial Vertical for Carpe Diem Resourcing. A food enthusiast, Anushree enjoys baking in her free time.
Samik, an alumnus of St. Xaviers, Kolkata has done his Masters Degree and MBA in Finance from Calcutta University. Out of his total 8 years of experience, the last four have been spent working as a Consultant in the Tourism Industry. Prior to this, he has worked extensively in the in Hospitality (the Oberoi group) and FMCG (Perfetti Van Melle) sectors as well as with an Engineering Consultancy. Samik is an avid trekker and amateur photographer.
A post graduate of IMT, Ghaziabad 1995 batch, Neeta completed her under graduation from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University in Commerce (Honours). Having majored in Human Resources, she worked as an HR Generalist with South-Asia’s leading Engineering Consultancy for almost a decade, before starting on the journey of freelancing in Talent Search and Development. She is interested in Psychology and completed her Masters majoring in Psychology in 2015. Also, a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and an Image Consultant, Neeta is fond of reading, gardening and listening to music.
Nandita joins us with over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality and Luxury sector. She has strong innovation and entrepreneurial skills and is adept in business operations, Talent pipelining and motivation, Business Development and driving organizational goals.
Nandita has completed her Bachelors from Lady Sri Ram College and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA. Her experience ranges from setting up Luxury, Wellness and lifestyle businesses as well as running successful operations for the Hospitality and Tourism sector. She has a natural and keen ability to assess and understand people and their skills. Her last assignment involved setting up of an International Luxury brand in India. Nandita also serves as an Advisor to an innovative business in the food technology space.
Nandita enjoys listening to Indian Music and is pursuing her talent for Indian Vocal Singing.
Dhruv has over 40 years of varied industry experience including an extensive period in consulting. He has worked with several of India’s leading businesses to manage change, coach senior management, build high performance cultures, align executive compensation, restructure organizations and conduct post merger integration.
Dhruv was a Managing Director at Korn/Ferry International, where he led the talent and leadership consulting practice. Before that, he was a senior consultant at Hewitt Associates where he led several practices, Leadership consulting being one, during his tenure. Earlier, he was the chief executive officer and member of the board of DCM Financial Services, and earlier, the chief financial officer of DCM Toyota. He has also held senior positions at Escorts, HCL and Amar Dye Chem.
Dhruv holds a Masters degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Masters degree in Chemistry from Meerut University.
Dhruv has coached senior executives in a variety of organizations. He also serves on the board of directors of IndiaMart InterMesh, Space Matrix Design Consultants and Intec Capital.
Hitendra, the founder and CEO of GreenDust, a company which was seed funded by Mumbai Angels and subsequently funded by Kliener Perkins, Sherpalo, and Vertex, is a computer engineer from IIT Roorkee with an MS and MBA from US.
He has over 20 years of progressive work experience in software/IT, multi-channel retail and supply chain solutions.
He has worked for Ernst & Young and A.T. Kearney where he became a subject matter expert on IT, supply chain and strategy and authored many white papers and even co-authored a book on digital economy.
Apart from consulting for large Fortune 100 companies, he has successfully held management positions in numerous US start-ups.
Apart from work, Hitendra also has an adventurous streak, he is an accomplished pilot, a certified scuba diver and a sky diver.
